With a desire to position themselves as a serious contender among larger banks, Umpqua set out to reimagine what engaging with your bank online can be. I worked with their in-house team to navigate the complexities of the financial and legal requirements while boiling the onboarding process down to its simplest form. The result was an incredible intuitive and easy-to-use form that is broken down into easy steps and simple to understand disclosures. Along with their new account onboarding, we revisited their flagship digital banking product, Go-To, to simplify and beautify its app and marketing.
